Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic acceptable-use expectations for MailHub as transactional email infrastructure.

Permitted use

MailHub is intended for legitimate transactional email from owned applications, including account verification, password reset messages, security notifications, welcome messages, and user-triggered workflow notifications.

Abuse restrictions

MailHub may not be used for spam, phishing, impersonation, illegal activity, unauthorized email sending, purchased lists, scraped addresses, or attempts to bypass provider suppression systems.

Sending is limited to legitimate transactional use and verified sending domains.

Blocking and suppression

MailHub may block, reject, or suppress destinations for abuse, hard bounce, complaint, operational, or security reasons.
