Transactional email infrastructure

MailHub helps applications send account-related email reliably.

MailHub is currently used as internal transactional email infrastructure for our own applications. It is API-driven and designed for email that users expect after account actions, security events, and application workflows.

Email MailHub is designed to send

MailHub supports account and application email that is triggered by a legitimate user relationship or user action.

Email verification

Messages that help users confirm ownership of an email address during account setup or profile changes.

Password resets

Security-sensitive reset emails initiated by a user who needs to regain account access.

Account notifications

Welcome messages, registration confirmations, security alerts, and workflow notifications generated by applications.

Built around controlled sending

MailHub is not a public bulk-email relay. It is built for owned applications that authenticate before submitting email and use verified sending domains before production delivery.

Application authentication

Applications use API keys and idempotency controls to submit transactional email requests predictably.

Delivery feedback

Delivery, bounce, complaint, and reject events are processed through signed AWS SNS feedback messages.

Suppression enforcement

Hard bounces and spam complaints create suppressions so repeated delivery attempts are blocked.

Not for cold email or purchased lists

MailHub is intended for transactional email from our own SaaS applications. It is not intended for cold outreach, purchased lists, scraped addresses, deceptive messaging, or third-party marketing campaigns.

  • Recipients must originate from legitimate application interactions or explicit user relationships.
  • Production sending requires verified sender domains and operational abuse controls.
  • Optional or marketing email would require appropriate consent and unsubscribe handling before being enabled.
