Anti-Spam Policy
MailHub is built for transactional email from owned applications. It is not intended for unsolicited bulk email, cold outreach, or public bulk sending.
Prohibited use
MailHub does not permit:
- unsolicited bulk email;
- cold outreach;
- purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists;
- spam, deceptive email, phishing, or impersonation;
- attempts to evade provider suppression systems;
- third-party marketing campaigns or public relay use.
Recipient source requirements
Recipients must originate from legitimate application interactions or explicit user relationships. Examples include account registration, email verification, password reset requests, security alerts, and transactional workflows initiated by a user.
MailHub is currently used as internal transactional email infrastructure for our own applications.
Bounces, complaints, and suppression
MailHub processes delivery feedback for sent messages. Hard bounces and spam complaints create suppression records to prevent repeated delivery attempts to affected recipients.
Future optional or marketing email would require appropriate consent and unsubscribe handling before being enabled.
